Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Integrate RPA solutions with various enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Experience designing and developing automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
- Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
