Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise software solutions and hands-on solution architectures.
- Contribute to enterprise technology strategy within large organizations.
- Lead or support Solution Train and large-scale delivery initiatives.
- Design cloud-native, AI/ML, agentic, API-first, domain-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
- Participate in architectural governance and architecture review boards.
- Manage technical risk, stakeholders, technical leadership, and business alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience contributing to enterprise technology strategy within large organizations.
- Proven Solution Train or large-scale delivery experience.
- Strong engineering background with hands-on architecture delivery experience.
- Experience with AI/ML, Agentic Architecture, cloud-native platforms, microservices, and enterprise governance.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, TOGAF ADM, API-First Design, Domain-Driven Design, Cloud Architecture, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, NLP, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, Architectural Governance, ARB Participation, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Technical Leadership, ArchiMate, and UML.
- Azure experience is preferred.
- Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
