Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery workshops, technical assessments, architecture workshops, and design sessions.
- Design enterprise automation architectures, governance models, reusable workflows, and platform architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Deploy and lead implementation of automation solutions across Nutanix, AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop reusable modules, custom plugins, API integrations, Infrastructure as Code assets, automation frameworks, scripts, and operational runbooks.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD platforms and enterprise ITSM systems, and troubleshoot complex automation and orchestration issues.
- Mentor consultants, author technical designs and implementation documentation, and develop reusable Professional Services practice assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, enterprise automation, or platform engineering.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, or technical advisory roles delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform solutions.
- Deep hands-on experience with Nutanix Self-Service Platform or an equivalent, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and enterprise automation integration.
- Strong proficiency with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation frameworks for scalable workflows, reusable modules, and custom integrations.
- Experience leading customer workshops, facilitating architecture discussions, managing technical stakeholders, mentoring consultants, and driving customer outcomes.
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills, including experience authoring HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, automation runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud-native automation, ServiceNow integrations, relevant industry certifications, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
