Responsibilities
- Support client implementation projects through planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up of technical activities.
- Manage defined workstreams within moderately complex projects and escalate risks, dependencies, and complex technical issues.
- Act as a technical point of contact, explaining configuration, integration, and deployment considerations to clients.
- Support the design, installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise software in on-site and remote settings.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and recommend practical solutions based on client requirements and WTW product capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposal input, RFP/RFI responses, and solution discussions.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, implementation notes, and client-facing materials.
- Support technical workshops, client training, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Share knowledge with junior colleagues and contribute to a cooperative, learning-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar technical or analytical discipline, with alternate experience, degree subjects, or IT certifications considered.
- Approximately eight or more years of experience in a technical, client-facing, consulting, implementation, or software delivery role.
- Experience implementing, configuring, or integrating enterprise software solutions.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply procedures and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Ability to understand, explain, and document technical architectures, deployment models, and integration approaches.
- Experience working with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders in professional services or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage assigned workstreams, track actions, identify risks, and contribute to project delivery.
- Ability to produce and review technical documentation.
- Experience in an international, multicultural, or bilingual environment is relevant.
