Responsibilities
- Support partner technical initiatives including cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.
- Onboard, train, enable, and support certification of partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams.
- Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching.
- Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams through resolution.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase Datadog feature and capability adoption.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
- Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
- Strong learning orientation, technical aptitude, and business acumen.
- Ability to articulate Datadog’s value from technical stakeholders to executive leadership.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
- Partner-channel experience with systems integrators or managed services providers is a bonus.
- Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools is a bonus.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is a bonus.
