Responsibilities
- Identify go-to-market opportunities, resolve blockers, and overcome technical objections across LATAM.
- Deliver customer briefings, proofs of concept, technical workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Architect Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise solutions for complex enterprise workflows.
- Educate stakeholders on agentic AI capabilities and third-party data connectors.
- Guide partner technology strategy, scale Workspace innovation and enablement, and align with sales leadership.
- Guide regional Customer Engineers and collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams on product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud-native architecture roles.
- Experience with cloud, on-premises, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience with enterprise productivity software and power applications.
- Experience in coding, systems design, live demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an AI-related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in enterprise productivity, identity, and endpoint management.
- Preferred: experience building and deploying agentic AI automation solutions.
- Preferred: experience establishing cross-pillar solutions and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Preferred: knowledge of Gemini Enterprise, its differentiators, and enterprise data integration.
- Preferred: track record of scaling technical enablement and mentoring Customer Engineers regionally.
