Responsibilities

Drive solution design for customers across SAP agribusiness and manufacturing engagements.
Define and document key architecture and design decisions.
Guide project implementation from functional, architectural, and technical perspectives.
Collaborate with consulting and development teams to convert customer requirements into working solutions.
Lead customer workshops and guide customers toward optimal use of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise platform.
Design integrations and end-to-end business scenarios across supply chain and cross-functional processes.
Ensure solutions are functionally aligned, technically sound, scalable, and future-proof.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP technologies, including logistics, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, and sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or in a similar role.
At least two full-cycle SAP ERP Project Manager experiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading international and diverse teams of SAP subject-matter experts.
Proven expertise in SAP cloud offerings and their integration with on-premises systems.
Strong understanding of ACTIVATE methodologies and hands-on experience with legacy systems and/or SAP ECC6.0-to-S/4HANA migrations.
Experience with complex multi-component, service-oriented architectures and highly integrated on-premises and cloud environments.
Experience using agile methodologies in project delivery.
Experience in agribusiness industries, strong independence, proactivity, and commitment to keeping technical knowledge current.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel 80%.
Residence in Mexico City is preferred.
