Base Salary
$210k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the in-house simulation product team.
- Design and deliver simulation services for various stakeholder teams.
- Align technical roadmaps with product requirements and mission needs.
- Collaborate with physical-modeling experts to develop simulation specifications.
- Integrate client feedback for iterative product improvements.
- Work with the Software Test team to automate testing campaigns.
- Improve team estimation and planning processes.
- Define success metrics to align team efforts with company goals.
- Mentor engineers in the Simulation and Test teams.
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate on complex, cross-functional products.
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
- Strong programming experience in both a high-level scripting language and a compiled systems language.
- Willingness to operate in novel technical domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
