Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for next-generation Agentic AI systems.
- Architect scalable, production-grade LLM systems for intelligent workflows.
- Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks integrating various AI components.
- Establish best practices for building robust LLM-powered systems.
- Own evaluation strategy for complex AI systems, including benchmarking and failure analysis.
- Identify and mitigate agent failure modes in AI systems.
- Define measurable quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Influence cross-team architecture decisions for seamless AI integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in architecting complex AI systems.
- Deep expertise in transformer-based models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM systems.
- Strong systems thinking for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Extensive experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Strong bias toward action with rapid prototyping capabilities.
