Responsibilities
- Build, configure, operate, and support DAP Middleware and PaaS platform services across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Provide production support for incident, change, problem, service request, and knowledge management activities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering and application teams, customer success, vendors, and infrastructure teams on secure and governed platform solutions.
- Support migrations, storage validation, node bootstrapping, firewall validation, and platform readiness checks.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and improve operational processes and engineering tooling.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience at AVP level with strong expertise in Splunk, log analytics, programming, and scripting.
- Hands-on Python and Perl scripting experience, including the Mojolicious framework, with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
- Knowledge of MariaDB or Oracle, Git, and middleware platforms including Tomcat, JBoss, and WebLogic.
- Familiarity with application release lifecycle activities and middleware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ability to work under pressure in SLA-driven environments.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
