Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Track customer feedback, respond to requests, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with microservices.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, develop code, test software, and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to communicate with clients and cross-functional technical teams and produce clear documentation and reports.
