Base Salary
$187k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate self-serve ETL/ELT frameworks for batch and streaming workloads.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the data platform and set integration standards.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to onboard new data domains.
- Architect and enforce data lineage, schema registry, and access controls.
- Monitor, alert, debug, and resolve incidents across the data platform.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating data infrastructure in production.
- Strong system design skills with experience in writing design documentation.
- Solid understanding of key metrics for data pipelines and visibility solutions.
- Deep proficiency in Python or Java/Kotlin with a focus on code quality.
- Production experience with cloud data warehouses and workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience in a regulated environment with a focus on data governance.
