Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using IBM FileNet.
- Design and implement features and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot bugs, bottlenecks, and application performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain software quality.
- Provide technical support and document software designs, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Work in a hybrid model and adapt to rotational shifts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with IBM FileNet.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
