Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software solutions and application components.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage the team’s work.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with OneStream Finance SmartCPM.
- Proficiency in OneStream Finance SmartCPM.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with financial-system integration and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality.
- 15 years of full-time education.
