Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, development, configuration, and execution of application development tasks.
- Serve as a Pega Platform SME and primary point of contact across teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and coordinate integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and improve development processes, productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing software applications for business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-team delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
