Responsibilities
- Provide production support and develop new enhancements for Oracle EBS applications.
- Maintain a stable and accurate Oracle Applications production instance.
- Monitor support queues, update tickets according to SLA, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide effective resolutions.
- Develop and maintain Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle ADF, and related technologies.
- Analyze functional documents and create technical designs addressing scalability, performance, and architecture.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues while delivering solutions that meet quality and SDLC standards.
- Support Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Work effectively with global, cross-cultural, and multi-location teams.
Requirements
- Typically requires 10–12 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or three years of experience with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle ADF, with hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.
- Knowledge of OAF/ADF, web technologies, Oracle Fusion technology, and Oracle Applications architecture.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, Migrations, and Custom PLL.
- Knowledge of Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory, with exposure to AR and TCA.
- Experience in production support projects, troubleshooting, ticket management, and SLA-driven resolution processes.
- Strong analytical, technical design, communication, teamwork, negotiation, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work regular and night shifts and manage competing priorities.
