Responsibilities
- Architect and scale mission-critical B2B SaaS products for AI-driven clinical voice experiences.
- Build frontend and backend frameworks, APIs, dashboards, and user-facing healthcare applications.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver cross-platform mobile applications.
- Translate healthcare and business requirements into production-ready technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and establish modern development standards.
- Evaluate AI tools, resolve technical bottlenecks, and improve reliability and operational uptime.
- Drive rapid iteration and continuous delivery within the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience focused on TypeScript/React and Python, Ruby, or Node backends.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Proficiency in database design and management with SQL and Postgres.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban development methodologies.
- Preferred: experience developing and publishing cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs.
- Preferred: professional experience with Flask Python servers and knowledge of Terraform with AWS services.
