Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support platform architecture across networking, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, IAM, and security boundaries.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, access controls, federated identity, and separation of read and write operations.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, operational dashboards, secrets management, and rotation processes.
- Develop disaster recovery, resilience, business continuity, and production-readiness capabilities.
- Build serverless functions and infrastructure automation using Python.
- Establish security guardrails and operational standards for a multi-tenant development platform.
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams on agent capabilities, automated deployment workflows, and ephemeral cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve platform stability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Contribute to platform architecture, tooling, security, operations, controlled deployments, rollback, and change-management practices.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud-native infrastructure in a public cloud environment.
- Hands-on production experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Go or Go-based infrastructure tooling.
- Understanding of cloud networking, private networks, firewalls, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, and IAM.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of federated identity, authorization policies, least-privilege access, and secrets management.
- Experience implementing observability, monitoring, alerting, and disaster-recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation, serverless functions, or supporting services.
- Experience supporting multi-environment architectures and production-grade platforms.
- Understanding of platform security, resilience, scalability, and operational reliability.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, written communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Professional English proficiency and the ability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred qualifications include operating multi-tenant internal platforms, cloud-security guardrails, software supply-chain security, on-call operations, incident management, AI-powered development platforms, agent-based workflows, blast-radius reduction, rollback practices, and developer platforms.
