Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support platform architecture across networking, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, IAM, and security boundaries.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with federated identity, access controls, and read/write separation.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Establish secrets-management and rotation processes.
- Develop disaster-recovery, resilience, and business-continuity capabilities.
- Build serverless functions and infrastructure automation using Python.
- Establish security guardrails and operational standards for a multi-tenant development platform.
- Integrate AI agent capabilities and automated deployment workflows with AI engineering teams.
- Support ephemeral cloud environments for AI-powered application development.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve production readiness.
- Own platform stability, reliability, operational performance, deployment friction, developer experience, architecture, tooling, security, and operations.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud-native infrastructure in a public-cloud environment.
- Hands-on production experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Go or Go-based infrastructure tooling.
- Understanding of cloud networking, private networks, firewalls, containers, edge and CDN services, managed storage, and IAM.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of federated identity, authorization policies, least-privilege access, and secrets management.
- Experience implementing observability, monitoring, alerting, and disaster-recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation, serverless functions, or supporting services.
- Experience supporting multi-environment architectures and production-grade platforms.
- Understanding of platform security, resilience, scalability, and operational reliability.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, written communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Professional English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Preferred experience includes operating multi-tenant internal enterprise platforms, cloud-security guardrails, software supply-chain security, on-call operations, incident management, production reliability, AI-powered development platforms, agent-based deployment workflows, blast-radius reduction, rollback practices, and developer platforms.
