Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services for workflow execution.
- Develop reusable workflow components and APIs for the platform.
- Build reliable, event-driven systems for long-running business processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver intuitive workflow experiences.
- Define engineering best practices around scalability, reliability, and observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development skills in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
