Base Salary

$135k - $169k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend software from requirements analysis through production.
  • Improve software quality by evaluating and incorporating libraries, tools, and technologies.
  • Contribute daily to development work and participate in code reviews.
  • Develop simple and robust solutions to complex tasks.
  • Work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of backend software development experience.
  • Demonstrate strong Java and Spring Boot development experience.
  • Have experience with microservices and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Have cloud knowledge with Azure or AWS.
  • Have familiarity with Kubernetes; EKS experience is preferred.
  • Have knowledge of event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
  • Have expertise with Git workflows and a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hold a BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • Experience building a Charging Station Management System and knowledge of OCPP and OCPI are preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and communicate effectively.
