Base Salary

$100k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Take critical internal and customer-facing software tools from concept to production.
Design, build, and ship robust tools across front-end, desktop, back-end, and data systems.
Make architectural decisions and own delivery against deadlines.
Maintain a high bar for software performance and reliability.

At least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency with React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and related linting and testing frameworks.
Experience building web and desktop applications using technologies such as NW.js or Electron.
Hands-on proficiency with Python and experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Strong foundation in relational and non-relational databases, caching systems, ORMs, and time-series databases.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Experience automating testing and deployment with CI tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and reusable, extensible code.
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman.
Experience building hardware-companion or device-configuration software with serial or USB communications is preferred.
Experience with the Bazel build system is preferred.
Time-series or telemetry data experience with InfluxDB and Graphana is preferred.
FPV or drone domain knowledge is preferred.
