Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy customer-facing applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Develop software for boat infotainment systems, mobile applications, and websites.
- Work with the product team to create advanced user experiences.
- Develop internal tools to improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities to use software to accelerate Arc’s trajectory.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience spanning both frontend and backend development.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a commitment to high-quality, maintainable software.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, Python, and/or Rust.
- Preferred experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred experience developing software for hardware domains such as embedded devices, mobile apps, IoT, or infotainment systems.
- Appreciation for customer-driven products and thoughtful design, plus enthusiasm for boating and clean energy.
