Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust backend systems for boat infotainment and mobile applications.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for processing and visualizing boat telemetry data.
- Develop internal tools to improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage cloud resources and infrastructure.
- Identify software opportunities to accelerate the company's growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience with expertise in at least one backend programming language.
- Experience overseeing technical projects and communicating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with at least one cloud platform and DevOps best practices.
- Deep understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize backend systems for performance, cost, and scale.
