Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML features that turn models and ideas into practical production solutions.
- Select, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs, classical ML models, and hybrid approaches into software systems.
- Build and maintain AI agents and agent-based workflows for code generation, refactoring, test creation, code reviews, and static analysis.
- Introduce AI tools and engineering workflows that improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Establish and improve AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI practices with attention to security, reliability, scalability, and cost.
- Advocate for AI adoption, mentor colleagues, and help teams build confidence with modern AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, LLMs, AI APIs, and AI agents.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages, with the ability to integrate AI/ML solutions into production software systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps, including deployment, monitoring, reliability, and cost management.
- Experience with data pipelines, feature stores, and large-scale data or Big Data environments.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate internationally, share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support AI-practice adoption.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent or tool-using AI systems and knowledge of cryptography, Secure Elements, secure access control, identification, authentication, or PKI.
