Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and services.
- Tune and iterate on LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Own technical outcomes end-to-end, from architectural decisions through shipping production software.
Requirements
- Substantial hands-on experience coding and shipping software in production environments.
- Strong backend engineering experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience optimizing LLMs and AI agent flows in production.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup with strong ownership and agency.
- A portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
