Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact features end-to-end, from anomaly detection to alerting workflows.
- Design and scale the monitoring and alerting pipeline for high concurrency and throughput.
- Own the full product surface of the monitoring system, iterating based on customer feedback.
- Build AI-native workflows for monitor creation and alert triage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer reliability problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design decisions.
- Work across the backend stack as needed, including persistent queues and event-driven architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a record of shipping reliable, high-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of high-concurrency and high-scalability system design.
- Strong programming and debugging skills under pressure.
- A product mindset focused on user motivation and use cases.
- Experience owning and delivering medium-sized projects end-to-end.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical design decisions.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
