Responsibilities
- Fine-tune product use cases and develop AI inference services.
- Optimize agentic workflows through fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Improve evaluation and training of models for product use cases.
- Collaborate with platform tooling teams to productionize models.
- Mentor team members and guide complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three years of experience in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and data validation.
