Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale systems for Robinhood’s platform.
- Write and review high-quality code and debug complex issues.
- Mentor teammates and promote best practices in operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop scalable tools and infrastructure.
- Drive innovation by optimizing infrastructure for reliability and cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three years of experience in software engineering or related occupation.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and data validation.
- Background checks are required.
