Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end for Snowflake Database Engineering products.
- Build agentic workflows, coding harnesses, and evaluation pipelines.
- Design evaluations and hillclimb metrics to analyze errors and run experiments.
- Translate customer problems into products and experiments in collaboration with product and infrastructure teams.
- Work with an elite team of engineers to develop high-quality products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience shipping AI features in production.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, and Go.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with data engineering pipelines, data modeling, and data analysis is a plus.
