Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the architecture for a scalable, reliable agent platform that evolves as models advance.
- Design and build agent-driven workflows and systems for complex investment problems.
- Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems to improve agent reliability and capability.
- Solve infrastructure and deployment challenges for running agents reliably in production.
- Help shape the technical direction of Poesis’s agent platform and contribute as an early team member.
Requirements
- Experience building agent systems at a frontier AI lab, agentic startup, top fund, big tech company, or similar organization.
- Experience deploying agents in production and making them reliable.
- Experience with orchestration, tool use, context management, and grounding.
- Understanding of agent failure modes and experience building evaluations and observability systems.
- Understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in investing.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
