Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services and customize packaged software using low-code platforms.
- Manage software releases, version control, application stability, and performance.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather requirements and implement enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Document configuration changes and system modifications.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python is additionally specified.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS application architecture and deployment models is required.
- Experience with APIs and third-party service integration is required.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and packaged software customization is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and knowledge of release management and version control systems are required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
