Responsibilities

Architect, design, and deliver scalable NICE CXone platform and enterprise CCaaS solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of NICE consultants through successful project delivery.
Own technical delivery for projects executed from India and coordinate with onsite teams, clients, project managers, analysts, and sales teams.
Define technical work plans, estimate effort, plan offshore delivery, and review deliverables for quality and standards adherence.
Participate in coding, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and real-time solution development.
Support pre-sales through solution design, estimation, and proposal creation.
Drive innovation, capability development, practice growth, training, knowledge sharing, and team skill development.
Track operational metrics and promote delivery excellence for the India team.

10+ years of experience in customer experience or contact center technology.
3+ years of experience with NICE CXone and UC environments.
6+ years of software development experience in real-time systems.
Strong expertise in NICE CXone, CXone Studio, enterprise CCaaS architecture, contact center workflows, omnichannel technologies, cloud-based solutions, networking, infrastructure, and integrations.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, XML, and Web Services, with experience in software development and real-time system design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, manage diverse stakeholders, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver robust solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Work from the Hyderabad office according to organizational policies.
