Base Salary
$48k - $74k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary technical contact during digital diagnostics implementations.
- Provide hands-on technical implementation support in coordination with customer IT and internal development teams.
- Manage implementation project tasks, schedules, risks, and issues while communicating regularly with customers.
- Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Implement and support SaaS, laboratory, and IT connectivity integrations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles.
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers or situations and resolve issues.
- Strong understanding of business and products, with the ability to research and self-start in unfamiliar areas.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and hands-on experience with laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium is preferred.
- Portuguese or French fluency is preferred.
- Willingness to travel less than 20%.
