Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java 17 and Liferay DXP.
- Contribute to a scalable, responsive platform hosted on Azure and Kubernetes.
- Develop REST APIs and support performance, availability, and scalability improvements.
- Customize Liferay frontend elements through extension, theming, React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and CI/CD activities.
- Contribute to performance optimization and the evolution of the platform architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Liferay DXP, including extension, theming, and frontend customization.
- Strong Java experience, ideally with Java 17.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, preferably Azure.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed architectures.
- Experience with Elasticsearch and/or chatbot integration is an asset.
