Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, and maintain registration workflows and onboarding forms using React.js, Python, and FastAPI.
- Implement and oversee third-party vendor integrations through APIs and SDKs, including identity verification, payment, and e-signature services.
- Own technical features and initiatives from design and analysis through production deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, testable code, follow software engineering best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and drive improvements to system architecture.
- Use modern developer tooling, including Claude Code and AI assistants, to improve development, refactoring, and process automation.
- Collaborate in English with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, business partners, and external providers.
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience as a full-stack developer using React.js and Python, preferably with FastAPI.
- Experience with system design, clean architecture, cloud environments, and preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SDKs.
- Strong command of automated testing tools including PyTest, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Strong English communication skills at C1 level.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, mentor peers, and support cross-team alignment.
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles and Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
- Hands-on experience using modern developer tooling, AI assistants, and Claude Code in engineering workflows.
- FinTech experience involving sensitive data, compliance, KYC/AML, or payment systems is a bonus.
- Experience contributing to AI-driven development, automated testing, or developer productivity transformations is a bonus.
