Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements engineering.
- Contribute to solution architecture, application design, and key technical decisions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Participate in technical workshops, solution estimations, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Perform code reviews and promote Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Support application operations, including changes, releases, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Designer.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, enterprise application design, data models, reporting, and user interfaces.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
- Salesforce architecture certifications are a strong advantage.
