Base Salary
$152k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, test, document, and support full-stack applications and services across the software lifecycle.
- Develop responsive front ends and back-end services deployed to the cloud, and optimize performance, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Embed natural-language queries, predictive insights, recommendations, conversational interfaces, ML models, LLM APIs, and agentic workflows into production applications.
- Build knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic-search capabilities, and MCP servers or equivalent tool interfaces.
- Set coding standards and design patterns, review application code, and build reusable components, templates, and utilities.
- Mentor junior software engineers and BI developers, translate ambiguous business needs into plans, and lead projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Partner with BI leadership, data and AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack applications to production.
- Strong full-stack development experience across modern front-end and back-end technologies, including debugging across front end, API, database, and integrations.
- Experience embedding ML models and LLM APIs, building agentic workflows, and creating MCP servers or equivalent production tool interfaces.
- Experience with knowledge graphs and ontologies for semantic search, reasoning, and domain modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud application hosting and modern data platforms such as Databricks, AWS, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, code review, secure-by-default practices, and software delivery workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, or similar operational domains is preferred.
