Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Apply software architecture and design principles to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Manage team activities, facilitate team meetings, and support alignment on project goals and progress.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement in software development practices.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Product Development Strategy.
- Proficiency in Product Development Strategy.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with software architecture and design principles.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and development tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
