Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions across requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members on software engineering best practices.
- Diagnose operational issues, implement permanent fixes, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with customers, Legal, Privacy, Security, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and policy needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and approaches, including generative artificial intelligence capabilities, to improve productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Preferred experience contributing to architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
