Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-grade AI applications using C#, .NET, and Azure.
- Develop high-performance APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration layers for AI and enterprise platforms.
- Build Azure OpenAI, LLM, agentic AI, RAG, vector search, semantic search, and workflow orchestration solutions.
- Create reusable AI platform services and deploy production-ready intelligent systems.
- Implement MLOps, DevOps, monitoring, observability, automated testing, version control, governance, and drift detection.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, architecture governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced C# and .NET expertise with experience delivering enterprise applications into production.
- Strong experience designing RESTful APIs, distributed systems, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Strong SQL and database design knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, knowledge retrieval, context and memory management, and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and production AI operations.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices.
- Understanding of secure software development, API security, AI security, enterprise compliance, architecture governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Azure certifications and experience with Azure OpenAI, generative AI, and MLOps platforms are advantageous.
