Base Salary
$239k - $289k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features that improve the user journey for millions of users.
- Build robust and extensible systems for high-traffic Ads product surfaces using React and other technologies.
- Architect universal solutions that deliver features across platforms and devices.
- Use data-driven decisions and A/B testing to drive UX improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data partners to match developers with the right audience.
- Work with Roblox teams to deliver a coherent platform-wide user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript web technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience building and launching consumer-facing features with design, product, or other partners.
- Mobile app development or game development experience is a plus.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field is a plus.
- Strong frontend technology knowledge and an ability to refine client-server interaction are expected.
