Responsibilities
- Scale the ongoing microfrontend transition across a large and complex codebase.
- Support, collaborate with, and mentor engineers across 8+ product teams.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and integration of AI into web engineering workflows.
- Evaluate and design architectures using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish automated testing standards and enforce software quality practices.
- Develop shared utilities, infrastructure libraries, and architectural patterns for web teams.
- Collaborate with the dedicated Design System team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in frontend or platform web development.
- Expertise with modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, Webpack, and Vite.
- Experience building complex single-page applications and designing or implementing microfrontend architectures.
- Experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong background in automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and overall code quality.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI into engineering workflows.
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
