Base Salary
$137k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and operations of global engineering architectural governance.
- Ensure technical solutions deliver business value while mitigating technical debt.
- Mediate conflicting priorities and drive optimal technology solutions.
- Identify duplicated efforts, redundant capabilities, and opportunities to use firm-wide shared services.
- Deliver multi-year technology strategies showing application target architectures and portfolio roadmaps.
- Influence senior decision-makers through clear communications and presentations.
- Guide project portfolios toward target-state implementation and review investment spending for roadmap alignment.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, solve problems collaboratively, and liaise with Enterprise Architecture groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of development experience.
- Experience with architecture and transformation programs.
- Agile Scrum management experience; Agile transformation experience is a plus.
- Strong Big Data and open-source experience building modern data warehouses.
- Experience with reconciliation and TLM software is required.
- Strong database knowledge in Oracle and preferably Snowflake.
- In-depth knowledge of middleware layers such as Kafka, MQ, and Spark.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning is an advantage.
- Strong development background using cloud and Docker technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
