Responsibilities
- Assess AI tooling and AI-built applications to identify security risks.
- Present clear, actionable security findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Author remediation policies and automate enforcement of AI usage boundaries.
- Partner with teams building AI-powered tools to guide secure approaches and make risk-based decisions.
- Define healthy and productive AI usage baselines and track risk reduction through KPIs.
- Respond to AI-related security incidents and improve AI governance controls.
- Work with Security, Legal, and Data Protection teams to align AI usage with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in security engineering.
- Experience conducting security assessments and creating deterministic detections, remediation policies, and regular expressions.
- Knowledge of AI-specific threats including prompt injection, indirect prompt injection, agentic risks, and tool-use risks.
- Understanding of modern AI architectures including LLMs, RAG systems, and tool-use workflows.
- Practical experience with structured security risk-assessment methodologies such as CVSS or equivalent.
- Strong written communication and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
- Familiarity with observability platforms.
