Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and technical teams on AI and data strategy initiatives.
- Support the full solution lifecycle, including problem definition, architecture design, prototyping, deployment, scaling, and adoption.
- Develop and implement AI- and LLM-powered applications using RAG, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build functional prototypes and production-ready demonstrations within project timelines.
- Support technical expansion opportunities, proposal development, technical demonstrations, and client engagements.
- Communicate AI/ML capabilities and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in cross-functional pods.
- Contribute to Forward Deployed Engineering frameworks, best practices, and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML solution delivery.
- Proven experience delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in client-facing or collaborative roles.
- Expertise in machine learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, data platforms, and big data technologies.
- Proficiency with Python and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Experience with cloud-native development, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible, monitoring, and logging.
- Exposure to agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or cognitive harness patterns.
- Consulting or technical delivery experience with enterprise clients and the ability to contribute to complex technical engagements.
- Preferred knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and model interpretability tools.
- Preferred industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, or energy.
- Preferred experience supporting sales, pursuits, or account-growth initiatives.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
