Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and support Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Talent modules.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
- Create and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, production support, releases, and feature adoption.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations and Workday HCM integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
- Knowledge of data transformation and integration best practices.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration and data issues and collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and vendors.
