Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and automation workflows.
- Integrate robotic process automation solutions with various enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation processes.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate with multiple teams on project goals, deliverables, and technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing automation workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation-process issues.
- Familiarity with integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications.
- Competence in scripting and programming languages relevant to automation development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
