Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of Smartsheet for workflow definition and solution design.
Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the Smartsheet platform.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design solutions for customer requirements.
Identify and demonstrate Smartsheet solutions that address specific customer problems.
Build strong relationships with sales teams to support successful sales engagements.
Prepare technical responses to prospect inquiries and define best practices.
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs.
Support marketing events by representing Smartsheet and demonstrating the platform.

1-3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
Strong technical leadership and customer-facing skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build credibility and resolve customer technical issues quickly.
Experience in a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process.
Background in solution design or architecture related to collaboration and project management.
Willingness to travel periodically based on business needs.
Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.
