Responsibilities
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs and agents.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, AI-powered IT workflows, and integration architectures.
- Monitor and improve AI system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Work with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks and support deployment.
- Contribute to product development from ideation through implementation and assist with technical and design specifications.
- Improve internal processes, share knowledge through Workato’s knowledge base, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience.
- Proven AI engineering experience focused on agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on integration project experience involving automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs and JSON data structures, plus familiarity with an RDBMS or NoSQL database.
- Preferred experience with Java, Python, or Ruby; TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration and automation tools; iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure; Workato; and Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo.
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking, analytical, prioritization, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
