Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
- Communicate with stakeholders, identify challenges, and contribute to client deliverables.
- Create technical design, high-level design, low-level design, engagement, and deployment documentation.
- Identify and implement reusable assets and components.
- Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementations.
- Deliver proofs of concept and collaborate with the team to complete engagements successfully.
- Build AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation and agentic frameworks.
- Collect requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support complex system customizations.
- Contribute to process reviews, improvement initiatives, and development life-cycle best practices.
- Research, learn, troubleshoot, and support new technologies and concurrent workloads.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years of technical experience, including at least one end-to-end AI implementation.
- Programming experience with Python and knowledge of classification, regression, and clustering algorithms.
- Experience with LLMs, GPT, open-source models, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB and FAISS.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL or NoSQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI skills related to vector databases, Oracle AI Database, or Oracle out-of-the-box AI features is preferred.
- Azure AI Foundry model and AI services knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise REST/SOAP API frameworks and backend integrations with Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience with CMMI, Agile Scrum, waterfall methodologies, integration tools, Oracle AI features, Oracle Cloud reporting, or data conversion is advantageous.
- Ability to create technical designs, communicate technical and functional issues to executives and customers, and work across multiple domains.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- AI certification is an advantage.
